I would like to share a secret on how I keep my abs slim and strong, and my posture straight.
While I am sitting in traffic, which is twice a day, going to and from work, I isolate my upper ab muscles, hold, and release. Then I work my way down, to my middle ab muscles, and finally to my lower ab muscles. I am basically doing isometric sit-ups without working very hard.
I also work on my glute muscles, and practice my breathing.
I have noticed that I don’t mind sitting in traffic now, and I congratulate myself each day, just for getting healthier while sitting in traffic. Who needs a gym or expensive sneakers when you’ve got traffic?

Recently, I have realized that having intergrated thoughts, actions, and goals allow success to happen naturally. This theory has proved successful in my workouts lately. Just thought I’d share a win!

I Have increased my sleep to a solid 6.5 - 7.5 hours / night from 4.5! I have also not taken one elevator ride since Jan 1st.
